How to find your Sensor Serial Number
The Sensor Serial Number (SN) can be found in several places including the Sensor Applicator Label and on the bottom of the Sensor Kit Carton.
If you are using a sensor with a connected insulin delivery device, please refer to the connected insulin delivery device user manual on how to locate the sensor serial number. For CamAPS FX users, sensor serial number is available on the app menu screen.
